
Private Lesson (1-on-1)
Private training is designed for players who want to learn faster and achieve the highest results in the
shortest time.
Each program begins with a complete assessment, followed by a fully customized training plan based on
the player’s individual goals and targets. Training is divided into two core areas:
• Physical development and strength conditioning
• Basketball skill development
Progress is carefully tracked session by session. After every session, the player’s development path is reviewed and adjusted when needed, ensuring they are always moving in the right direction toward their goals.
In one-on-one sessions, the coach works exclusively with the player, providing detailed instruction, constant feedback, and precise correction.
This makes private training ideal for focused, motivated players who want fast, measurable improvement.
Based on our coaches’ experience, this approach delivers strong and proven results — especially for beginner and intermediate players who want to stand out in school teams, club teams, and competitive games with confidence.
