Consistency is the key to building "Confidence Through Fundamentals." Athletes can attend up to 3 days per week, depending on their goals and our current schedule availability. Most families find that 1 or 2 sessions per week provide a great balance of growth and recovery.
We specialize in youth development for athletes aged 6 to 16. Players are grouped by skill level rather than just age to ensure the most effective training environment.
We operate out of three convenient North and West Vancouver locations: Larson, Ridgeview, and St. Catherine. Exact gym details are provided upon booking.
All Private and Semi-Private sessions are 60 minutes of high-intensity, focused work.
Yes. For safety, we require a full disclosure of any medical conditions (allergies, asthma, etc.) during registration. This ensures our coaches are prepared to provide a safe environment for your child.
